I will admit, I have hoarder blood deep in my veins, I like things. But, when you have a love for things, it can accumulate faster than you want to imagine.
I did that look around and realized that I was not happy. I wasn’t happy because I had too many things to keep up with. Side note, I am far from a true hoarder, but I did need to do some massive downsizing.

I personally deactivated my Facebook account 4 years ago and only regretted it for about a week. Looking back, it was a fantastic decision in my “finding myself” adventure. I didn’t realize how much drama I got sucked into until it was a thing of the past. You don’t have to go the extreme of deleting your main social media platform but I’m saying it worked for me. By taking a break from devices, you’re giving yourself the chance to reflect, recharge, and prioritize self-care.
